Hon. Prince Akeem Oseni has extended warm Democracy Day greetings to the people of Ojo Federal Constituency and all Nigerians, urging renewed commitment to unity, peace, and nation-building.

In his June 12 message, Oseni described Democracy Day as a reminder of Nigeria’s historic struggle for freedom, justice, and democratic governance, noting that the sacrifices of national heroes must never be forgotten.

He expressed concern over the prevailing economic hardship and insecurity across the country, including banditry, kidnapping, and terrorism, which he said continue to endanger lives and disrupt communities.

The lawmaker called for strengthened security measures to protect citizens, while commending the efforts of security agencies in restoring peace and stability.

He also paid tribute to victims of violence nationwide and expressed solidarity with families of those affected, as well as those whose loved ones remain in captivity, praying for their safe return.

Oseni urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and united, stressing that the country can overcome its current challenges through collective responsibility, good governance, and active civic participation.

He reaffirmed his commitment to peace, development, and democratic values within Ojo Federal Constituency.
